Yes! Referring to the Sustained Method and "how it works" above, this program is SO flexible and customizable. Veggies/ greens/ toppings are not tracked or calculated so it's perfect for picky eaters. The options and variety give you the freedom to make any meal you do like with our method, and your meal plan is further customized based on personal preference.
